Joined 21 Aug '07 Moves 7914 Chessbase Light can do that and it is free.

Chess base doesn't allow me to copy the PGN. SCID or chesspad (my personal favourite) are best.

Chess base doesn't allow me to copy the PGN. Really? OK maybe Chessbase Light removed that feature although I can't understand why.
I have Chessbase9. I'd load up a game (or enter it), then literally CTRL-C and then paste into notepad or whatever.

Joined 29 May '08 Moves 10250 I have decided upon SCID. It's very nice.
