Only Chess

I'm looking for a program that I can use, in order to input the moves in the GUI (Board) and recieve the PGN of the game. That way I don't have to write moves on the keyboard after OTB games, etc.

Chessbase Light can do that and it is free.

Also there is a program called SCID

Chess base doesn't allow me to copy the PGN.

Try Chess Position Trainer.

SCID or chesspad (my personal favourite) are best.

Really? OK maybe Chessbase Light removed that feature although I can't understand why.

I have Chessbase9. I'd load up a game (or enter it), then literally CTRL-C and then paste into notepad or whatever.

With Chessbase, very often "free" equals "crippled". I guess bidness is bidness. 😉

I have decided upon SCID. It's very nice.
