24 hours before entries are closed. It may not be easy for the 2 captains to pick teams given the timezone difference. Someone is going to have to set their alarm for 4AM.

It won't be as bad as all that. Just have the captains rank the players in their desired order. They can PM us the list. Then the picking process proceeds automatically.

Then again, it might be fun to watch the picking process play out.

I did wonder if doing it in the thread would be fun. Like being back at school in PE. The difference being the geeky kids will get picked first and the jocks last. Justice.
