I am just stopping to post any threads here, since nobody takes me seriously and nobody even posted any game. There's a saying in east culture

''Every sheep is hanged from thier own legs''

and I do not have any responsibiliy to correct anybody here, I never even meant to. However, one of my dear friends just sent a meaningful PM saying I am just creating wars between people.

accept my apology bowman for my comments and I leave you to yourself and I leave everybody to themselves. There is no need for nonsense, of course I now understand that there was no need for my sarcastic comments

Like "War is war, losers"? Now, that is deep, witty and original. I see it now. Thanks for opening my mind.

Chess is cruel, Mr T. I learned that at a very early age.

Also notice I almost played Bd5 a move earlier and still win the pawn 😞

Here are a few comments on the opening. Hope you find them useful. :

- Black's 2...c5 (Queen's Gambit : Symmetrical Defense, ECO code D06) is inferior.

- You should have played 5.Nc3! += idea 5...dxe4?? 6.Qxd5 +- or 5.Qxd4 = instead of 5.Nxd4?

- 6.Nf3 Qxd1 7.Kxd1 e4 8.Nd4 -/+ was right, not your 6.Nc3??

I played black there and I know it is inferior opening, easy and simple when you play beginners πŸ™‚

Well, your opening opens up the game so you don't have to worry about pawn chains and all that, actually an advantage to tactical players, and, of course it makes your opponent think for himself, instead of copying MCO. (I never checked to see if it's in there, but the first few moves probably are). Nicotineman was sailing along nicely with a won game. Everybody's had the same experience at one time or another. Then he got a little careless, didn't notice Dr. Guy lining up his rook and bishop on the d square and gobbled up another pawn, which stuck in his craw. As i said, it's something we all do and learn from it. I bet it never happens to him again. I guess the lesson to be learned is: in wide open tactical positions, king safety is paramount, snapping up a few extra pawns isn't going to help. Or simply castle early and often.

I also have figured that when you are plaing super-weak players it is almost impossible not to make sloppy moves. You tend to force yourself for the best moves when you play stronger opponents, competition etc..

But I have managed to play a very safe and patient game against the same guy in the rematch after he declined the gambit (he accepted first and then decided not to so we ended up exhanging queens early for an endgame fight). He is still waiting for a blunder like in the first game but this time there is not even a possibility to make one for me. I can play my eyes closedπŸ˜€

Mr. Nic

PS:The game is not finished yet but I put it to the archives anyways.
