I doubt it, RHP ratings seem to be OTB + 200-400.

I don't have official examples, but according to most people their OTB ratings that they list are generally 200-400 points lower than their RHP ratings. And I said "seem to be".

My Plan didn't work either- I ended up entering the under 1400 section and got 2.5 points- but my rating boosted pretty good, so I am happy. A 1400 player beat Susan Polgar in the simul! The games are on Monroi dot com. I had a great time and am planning to go back next year.
