I saw that clip a while back. Very impressive and spotting a blitz game as well.

When I was entering my OTB games into my first database I could not recall
a lot of them (funnily enough the games I won looked new to me - and I was losing
in a lot of them.) The defeats I had more success recalling and could remember the
bones (the rough position,) the moment I saw the name and date.

Maybe the saying about learning from your defeats is not quite correct.
I think it is you cannot, no matter how hard you try, forget them.
