A minute ago i recieved a message in game Game 1855509 saying "Accept, fool". Sorry but since when did I have to accept every draw offer?

Clearly you don't but I offered an opponent 4 draws and he declined every one. The only material on the board was my h-pawn, our kings and my black bishop. Since the queening square was white and his king was in that corner, I kept offering him a draw. He neither intentionally threw the game nor accepted the draw...

Naturally I stalemated him shortly. The only thing I can figure is that he hoped to time me out...

"This game has finished. Game drawn"

Evidently it worked.

I dunno, it looked like a perpetual check was in the works, but I'm not gonna waste a lot of time analyzing it.

... or perhaps three identical positions, i.e. forced draw.

A lot of inexperienced players don't know the etiquette of how to offer a draw, or, they don't know their basic endgames, including what constitutes a positionally drawn game. Remember, you're never under any obligation to accept your opponent's request for a draw. And under the circumstances you described, I would have made him play it out until there was a either a stalemate or lack of mating material. Indeed, since you had the two Rooks against the lone Queen, coupled with his low rating, there would be every possibility that he would commit the final error and thus lose the game.

Its strange that you were upset by the lack of draw. Is it not possible that a person would either just want to draw or lose by his own merit. You would not want to play me as I never give up. End games are really important to learn from. I am a bad player but I learn from most of my mistakes.. Except that people want to play the whole game out or state that in your profile as I am upset by players who are ungracious at the end when I should just give up...

The three identical positions occurs after 65w Qd2, 69w Qd2 and 73 Qd2.
It was in fact white that made the game a draw and black who had to discover it. Which he apparently did.

People are funny like that. When I had a clear win against Trains44 (before he started using a chess engine), he held the game off for over a month, admitting he was lost, but was jockying around trying to save rating points.

After he told me what he was doing I told him I'd never accept another game from him again - and I didn't.

Yes, this was the case after going over the game. As far as him calling you a fool, I would never play the punk again. David
