One option to accelerate pairings for round 2, assuming we drop the two non-playing entries and no draw in the last match...

The eight 1-0 players play each other: #1 vs #5, #2 vs#6, etc (highest rhp ratings at tournament start gets #1 ranking for bracket pairing) and the eight 0-1 players play each other: (#1 vs #5, #2 vs#6,) etc. The two .5 players gets byes for R2 (normally you want everyone to play as many games as possible, but hey, they drew after 15 moves!). Other options for .5 players is to toss both in the 1-0 or the 0-1 brackets. I'm not the organizer, but this is more competitive than #1 playing #20 as in R1. Just a thought...🙂
