Calm down. I wasn't insulting you. No need to swear. No need to be quiet either, these things might help you get the bad moves out of the system anyway so therefore try. I am certainly helped a lot by the stronger players.
I am not certain about the benefits of the exchange. I think the open f-file would be quite good after a kingside castle, but I don't know. One of the main problems here imo is that both players have almost completely neglected piece development.

very interesting move...white gives up the knight to get the e-pawn pawn in an attacking position. Black should take the knight and prepare to defend kingside. After d5, black knight and bishop will be boxed in. Again, there's the problem of weak development. White needs to get mobilized quickly before the pawns are torn down. I think every time I've made a guess in this game I've been wrong, but fxg5 8. d5 Bh6?? (defend pawn) 9. Qf3, threatening mate on f7

EDIT: Bh6 would be a bad move for black...he can prevent Qf3 with g4. Also, g7 is a much better square.

Yep, black has no choice other than to accept the sac fxg5

d5 seems most logical. not sure I agree with the knight sac, though, as it looks like black can fix the leak and come out ahead.

I'll second d5....interesting position. White is a knight down, but he's dominating the centre and black's queenside is smothered.

Black is forced to move the bishop now because of the threat of Qf3 followed by a Qf7#.

So with that in mind, 8...Bg7

8. ... Bg7. But probably, just probably, 9. Qf3 Bf6 10. Bxg5 will follow. Some Qg4, Bd3, sac on g6 ideas may appear. That's what I see here. And, yeah, black's queenside sucks.

I was thinking 9. Qf3 Rf8 to chase the queen away.

I think 8...Bg7 is also the best move for black, although it's not the only move (...g4 would also divert attack). Anything that will hold off the threat until black can break up the pawn chain with c5. I think the line 9. Qf3 Bf6 shores up the hole and black may even be able to castle after that.

White will have to get other pieces involved (h4? Be2?)

EDIT: 9...Rf8 10. Qh3
