Open Invites

Doesn't setting rating resitrictions on games take away from the idea of the games being "Open" invites?

which means they are closed invites to others. Im mostly just saying it because I see people my rating with restrictions for people like 1800+, and it just annoys me.

ah, but they are near my rating, im talking about these stupid guys who demand several hundred points above them. for example, i see a 1513 demanding above 2000. I would really like to play this 1500, he is a little above me so it would be a challange, but close enough that I probably still stand a chance

those people just want higher ratings, they just hope they can get a lucky shot in and get a nice rating boost. I hate people like that.
