I don't think that options available until you've completed 20 games. Until I completed my 20 I used to do the same thing he did, and specifiy 1600+ or whatever in the description, but many people simply ignored it.

No/

It just says, "set piece games are always unrated"
then there's a check box.

Click on that and it takes you to a window where you can set up the position you want to play from.

Nothing at all on my screen that says "open invite min."
