30-30-40 White%-Draw%-Black%
But when both players are equally matched and we have faced each other several times, it's a draw.
We both have the same ratings, same strenght and every time we meet it always ends in a draw. 20-40 move games all end in draws with this guy. Frustrating.
Every player has an opponent who they always struggle with. He is it for me.

Read my post above. The ones with the queens off the board, One open file etc...

I said that position, the queens come off the board and a couple more minor pieces are exchanged.
And No I am not telling you my Black rep. 😛
You put both the rooks on the d-file, trade them off, put the king in the middle and shake hands.

Originally posted by RahimKwell, frankly speaking Rahim, I think you first said: "e4 e5 drawish"...

so tell me buddy, how drawish is something like 1.e4 e5 2. f4...? furthermore, is it more or less drawish than your "not so drawish" openings like 1.e4 c5...?

give up?
i know you are a good player, but lets face it; about 1900-rated-players like you and me still commit mistakes in every game we play.
But not in that particular line. I've played it 3 times in OTB and all have ended in draws.
I was 1700ish so I played it verse a 1700 twice and an 1800 player.
I put all three games into fritz and it agreed with all the moves.
If it's over 0.25 threshold then I consider it a mistake but anything under I don't care about. So I did not find any errors over 0.25.
1.e4 e5 2.Nf3 Nc6 3.Bb5 a6 4.Bxc6 dxc6 5.0-0......
Be creative, make normal moves, get both the queens off the board, Line up the rooks on the d-file, get the king into the center.
Not many mistakes you can make in that position.
Anywho, Nice chatting. The point was that they were giving away participation points and we got a whole bunch of new masters!
