I've admittedly only been there for two days, but I have yet to see such bad behavior. The worst was a fellow who was down a rook and two pawns in a 25/5 game and not only didn't resign, but spent 2-3 minutes per move.

You can evaluate players (four per day). When I see poor manners, such as repeatly aborting as soon as the game starts, I use the evaluate feature.

I don't see bad behavior at playchess as much as at FICS, but I do see it.

yeah that sucks. happened me in a 1min game. not very nice when you have 5 seconds left and just as you are about to move, a "Abort the game?"-window pops on your screen.
