    Oh I did miss it was white to move in the diagram. I believe f6 is the only way. If q-g3 then q-h4 seems pretty pleasant for black. If you don't exchange queens well just forget that "option". But, if you do exchange queens that f5 pawn is hanging and after fxe5 dxe5 we have a position still probably unclear. But, the f6 line seems much easier to play from the white perspective.
