The puzzle is meant for 1400-1500's and below.Maybe 1600's too,can't really judge it.

You're playing black.White,a 1900+ rated player,has just played Nf4 and offered a draw.
What do you do?Accept?Decline?And why?

The pawn is protected by the knight.
The knight cannot be taken because then the pawn queens.
The black king will now cross over to help.
White is helpless.
