Recent blog post

Is anyone else having trouble getting rid of the "Recent blog post" reminder? Usually this goes away when I read the blogs, but for some reason I've been stuck with for the last few days.

The X doesn't work.... I have Explorer...... win/8

This morning, I can't close the pop-over window either. Using chrome on Android 5.

I made a comment a few days ago about the blog pop up being an irritation. There's not need for it, because the blogs are available via a link. To spite me, they have now fixed it in position. Childish, in the extreme...

I've found that it's usually better to assume incompetence rather than malice.
