c4 is a good option. A sicilian is a good thing to play against the computer. And if we do, the move a3 will actually help us later on because a6 is often played in the sicilian.
e4 is not a good option as it leads to more tactics.
We could also try a closed opening like the french, or the pirc defence. However, I'm not very knowlegable in either of those. But I do have a database.
