I'm not quite sure, but it's always the move that's played. The pawn is almost always immediately captured in the sicilian, though I'm not sure why. Perhaps Shakuhr or someone else more knowlegable can explain it to us.

And yes, I vote for cxd5.

hehee I dunno but chessmaster is offering us another pawn.. chessmaster has something???? he has an attack plan already???
gambit he's pawns away .. I thought somebody once said you can't teach computers sacrifice. It was in one of those space odyssey films..
