i'm an illegal alien living in usa.....i told the lady to leave and i grabbed my bike and carried it away..(wheel was mess'd up)....
I can't afford cops and ambulance asking questions.....and they came fast...i was only 2 blocks away when they were there!
i was going down a one way street(me on bike going against traffic) and she was coming down a cross street...so at her stop sign all she did was look to her right(where traffic would be coming from....) and rolled through while stepping on the gas.....she "T" boned me....hitting my leg and back tire ....
my fault i assume.
Originally posted by chessisvanityYes, your fault. A bike must obey the same rules of the road as a car. In most states, it is illegal to ride a bicycle on the sidewalk... fyi I guess.

1.You were going against traffic, which is retarded.
2.The woman didn't look both ways, also retarded - but less than yours.
3.A woman was operating a vehicle.
(Ok, I imagine that most women reading this have their panties all bundled up, so chill, it's a joke.)
