My skill level has improved substantially over the last 6 months thanks in no small part to RHP, so I know my first few games are loaded with poor analysis and silly statements (in my first game I called the 2 knights defense to the Italian game a mistake simply because I didn't know any better and thought that there was no good response to 4. Ng5 Sheesh! Was that really me? 🙂).

So it's possible? (That was the point of the question). I'd never do it but you could get a "win" against a top rated player. Albeit unrated. Surely admin have this covered. If not, they should.
