Is this any good? Should I buy it for £37.50 (US$70).

I am mainly interested in the opening database and adding my games and other relevant games from RHP to it. Is this possible?

I would assume that this is possible. The engine looks sick too, if it weren't for the PC subscription I'd have it over F9 right now.

I need it quick. Analyse all those KG games of yours - find an answer to 3. Bc4.

I've heard of one response to 3.Bc4 which I think could give me some serious problems if it's played against me. If you want pure engine power than Rybka is number one, but F9, Shredder 10, etc. have nice features that Rybka might not have - though I'm not sure since I don't have Rybka.
