One problem is that you are asking people to suggest a sharp line against 1. e4, but that you have a bad memory, and can't remember the lines. Keep in mind that sharp lines acquire much more theory because....they're sharp and complicated, and people have to figure them out. But I second the Dragon. Or even something Hypermodern like the Modern/ Pirc. They can get really sharp, and a good knowledge of ideas there can help you out.

It does. Tactical means that alot of people who started playing these lines made alot of mistakes that were then refined by others. Look at all the sharp lines out there and think about how much theory they have. The Marshall, The Najdorf, The Dragon, the Sveshnikov. Anything sharp accumulates theory really fast.
to make Tony's posts easier to understand:
sharp = complicated tactical lines
complicated tactics = lots of memorization
lots of memorization = study your ass off and have a good memory
if you can't do the last part, then you'd might as well use positional openings
btw, if you insist on sharp openings, I support the Sicilian Dragon. Just don't complain if you forget the lines and lose
