In this game, Game 4196708, the guy I was playing seemed to know what he was doing with the opening, and I don't think I could have been more obvious in my mating moves so...

Can anyone tell me what he should have done to win the game asides from not scarifise the pieces at the beginning?

Don't sacrifice the pieces...

Obviously it shouldn't have worked, because it didn't. He should have payed more attention to your attacks and developed that bishop much earlier.

Yeah I really thought he would.

He should have played d4 instead of Nxe5, and he shouldn't have castled, and his attack should have been better calculated with more pieces involved.

When I see a player play h6 in that position I automatically think ... what a pansy!

I generally answer with d4 followed by c3 offering a pawn for some initiative. Two pieces was a little too much to pay and was fairly idiotic.

What would you have done instead of h6?

More usual on the third move are Bc5 or Nf6.
