For those that don't speak spanish I think he's trying to say something along the lines of, "I consider the Sicilian defense to be very (fuerte eludes me, a translater shows this word means "hardly" which doesn't make any sense there) but also dangerous for black if he doesn't play precisely. My favorite variation is...."
