This is my first (pretty primitive) chess problem. White to move! What happens? Please, higher rated players, I know that you are familiar with the anwser if you look only for a second. Let the lower rated players reply 🙂

Is my rating low enough to answer it?

Is it really possible? Because d3 or d4 is followed by exd3 (e.p.) #.

How can you make a diagram? Do you have to put the FEN in your post?

Go to google and download "Chess pad", then copy FEN and paste it here! Also you can setup position in fritz or chessmaster and yust copy and paste.

I think I will go to chessgames.com and there make one and copy.

even simpler:
go to open invites, offer a game, and set up the position...
the FEN will be there, and you can copy/paste...
doesn't really matter though...
several places will give you the FEN to just copy/paste...
