Sick is American slang for cool, awesome, great, etc. I guess it's only popular in Cleveland though, because Tony and I are the only people that ever use it. 😀

in finnish it's a common expression also, as in 'insanely good tactician', but you'd use the word for 'sick'. 🙂 (you couldn't use the finnish counterpart of 'insane' as it doesn't have the same double meaning)
