For some reason I know that I can be better at chess, as an example I will show these two games,
Game 2199496
Game 2231400
For some reason I could see the rigth move at the rigth time, it also happens playing against my friends, and that is why they also think I play good chess.
Edit: some advice?
Edit:some avice?
but when I go to someplace new, or in certain games I just play so bab chess that I dont know miself, and I cant spot the rigth moves, even when my opponent is doing a lot of mistakes, I can't take advantage of them.
Yesterday I was in a chess club that is new in the city, and as I looked at their games I could see a lot of things that they could not, so I imagined I could beat them, a few minutes after I was playing 5 games, lost 2, won 2, draw 1, and it was realy hard for me to win, so I realy dont understand. has this hapened to someone before? and if it did, what did you do to get better?

It is much easier to watch others games and know exactly how the game should be played than play it oneself in running games.
Then maybe its the presure that is involved, maybe I take to much of it, I will try to play more calmed.

As a spectator I *think* I know all the best moves.
But in reality it sufices that your'e right now and then that makes you feel your superiority.
At the board you have to find the best move in every move.
It's my theory, anyway. Perhaps there is better explanations.
Originally posted by FabianFnasWhen I watch other peoples games I think I see better moves than them and then when they don't make them I curse, 'cos our team has "lost" again. Afterwards I find their move was actually much better and saved the game. This is because when I am watching I am only seeing a superficial picture whereas they are seeing the whole strategic or tactical plan and the long term plan is always best in the end.
