How many moves with just a king left to force stalemate?

Stalemate is when a king is not in check, but that player has no legal moves.

The info you may be looking for is that you cna claim a draw if for 50 moves, no pawns move and no pieces are captured.

Yes. However, it does not lead to stalemate, rather a draw by the 50-move rule.
