Do you see any other reason why than being a pawn down to resign this game? Game 2622619

Lack of counterplay and very dangerous passed pawn.

....That pawn is a passed one. -- so instead of losing in 30, he just resigned....I guess,

    I would ask him.
    Have you done that?
What was the answer from him?

Well, the position is totally lost...but up against a player rated 300 points lower than me, I'd probably make them prove it. πŸ™‚ However, resigning there isn't too horrible, there's no way black shouldn't finish that off without a problem.

that looks bad of course, but if my opponent was 1450, i'd make him work his tail off for the win.

White should have done Qc2 on move 23, in my opinion.

Only he knows for sure but I am guessing it's mainly because he isn't a subscriber.

Since he can only play 10 games at a time he might not want to have one that is going to be painful.

but... I don't think it was wise... It's easy to win when things go your way. Digging out of bad spots is challenging and worthwhile

I had no idea non-subscribers could play 10 games at a time. 😲
