Qg3+, i think it would lead to mate 🙂

edit:, ya i missed some things, i looked at it again and i don't see mate anymore 🙁 but at least someone agrees it was a good move

I came up with the 1...Qg3+ 2. Rxg3 line as well, because 1...Qg3+ 2. Kh1 Nf2+ 3. Rxf2 Rxf2 4. Qxf2 Qxf2 is as bad as the main line of 1...Qg3+ 2. Rxg3.

I have a sneaking suspicion this isn't the answer though.

Is it 1...Rf2 where
2.Rxf2 Qg3+ 3.Kh1 Nxf2+ 4.Qxf2 Qxf2 or
2.Qxf2 Nxf2 3.Rxf2 Qg3+ 4.Kh1 Qxf2 or
2.Qh1 Ng3 3.Rxg3 Qxg3+ 4.Kg1 Rxa2 threatening Ra1 and Rxa3

Edit-Havent worked out best line after another move by white, like 2.Bc5, maybe just ...Rxf3 gxf3 3.Qxg1 Kxg1 with a good end game. Not the best maybe, but I've got to get to bed now.

You'll have to forgive me because I'm just starting to learn how to come up with a plan. White is on the defense here. His only attacking piece is the dark squared bishop on a3 but I think it would do better on e1. The a2 pawn is loose. Black has a clear advantage on the king side with pawns. Things like 1. ... Qg5 2. ... e4 pop out at me.

I'm going to say 1...Qg3+ 2.Rxg3 hxg3+ 3.Kh1 Nf2+ 4.Qxf2 gxf2

Or if not Rxg3...

1...Qg3+ 2.Kh1 Nf2+ 3.Qxf2 Rxf2 4.Rxg3 hxg3 5.Kg1 Rxa2 6.Kf1 Ra1+ 7.Ke2 Rxa3

But of course I could be wrong. BTW I've been looking at this for about 30 minutes and this is the best I could come up with.

EDIT: My reflex move was Ng5 but everything else after that failed. I suppose I have bad reflexes. 🙂

1...Qg3+ 2.Rxg3 hxg3+ 3.Kh1 Nf2+ 4.Qxf2 Rxf2 and the black pawns roll until touchdown. if white fails to 5.Bd6 there's even a bank rank mate looming...

If white does 5.Bd6 then Rf1#. After Rxf2 then the king needs to guard the f1 square. I like gxf2 better because no mater what white does black can queen and white just falls apart. His bishop is useless.

Right answer:

Oh, I missed gxf2, my answer still wins, but not as quick or easy.
