f5 seems inviting then you can attack the center with pawns and go for a kingside pawn strom.

I think it is a way to let out all the pieces from the 1st file...

Lot of master games from our club. I'll post some when I get around to it.

It's a huge topic of discussion for us. Anyone who lets that opening down gets hammered so you better deliver if you play it.
