😛Recently I went to the victorian Chess open and i played a couple of games against rapid rated 2132 and he fell for somethin a 5 year old will fall for. I reckon these people should learn how to play before they enter statewide competitions.

A complete mockery

I think that everyone when they start playing chess should not play people until they are really good at chess, that's the way it should be. Those silly people trying to get better at chess by playing in tournaments. What were they thinking?

he did have a rating of 2132 which is just rudiculous to fall for something close a four move checkmate.

ridiculous you say? Well I agree but that doesn't mean he shouldn't be at the state open. He has just as much right to be there as anyone else.

A little harsh. Even GM's can blunder. And in a rapid game, blunders are very common. No-one is immune. Doesn't matter how high your rating is.

Well, seeing your rating and losses against p1200 and your age (11) I think you're telling a bunch of lies.
A 2100+ falling for a fool's mate? PLLEEEEAAASE

You shouldn't be here, the age limit is 13 and I'm not joking.

His profile now says 13. Amazing how fast kids grow up these days.
