So basically your RHP account must immediately be terminated regardless of any circumstances that happen? Right?

Pay more attention . Not on RHP , on gameknot .
Listen and understand what I'm saying , I said on gameknot , I have violated a rule , I never said I did on RHP , for those of you who have checked my profile , dimmwitingly believe I really use a program , it's a joke , take the first letters of Bionic Reasearch And Interface Network.

But you said that Ironman31 should immediately be given the boot from gameknot for allegedly breaking the TOS of RHP. What's the difference?

On RHP , I have not done anything bad .
On RHP , Ironman has violated the rules and has been axed.
On gameknot , I vilated the rules and have been axed.
On gameknot , cyrano has violated the rules and gameknot webmaster must be told.

The evidence on IM is based on games played on this site and this site only. I don't believe any action should be taken based on evidence not collected from the site in question.

Does that make sense or should I break up the big words for you?

Then , why on earth does gameknot don't have game moderators ? What Im actually trying to tell you is inform gameknot that he's doing this and he should take care of it by moderating the games played by cyrano.

This is like going into McDonald's and complaining that Burger King make their Whoppers too greasy. What are they going to do about it?

McDonald's doesn't want to hear about how Burger King doesn't listen to your complaints and how you were barred from their local store for flashing the drivethrough chick. They don't want you telling them that they should go complain to Burger King for you. They do however wonder why the hell you care how greasy Burger King's burgers are if you aren't even allowed to go there anymore.
They want you to buy something and shut up or get the hell out.

If someone was working at both McDonald's and Burger King and BK found out that the person (we'll call them "IM"😉 was stealing money from them and fired IM, I assume MickeyD's would be interested in having that info.

Oh I'm sure they would. But would the way to tell McDonald's (we've swapped restaurants around just to confuse) be to hang around in Burger King whining? Or would it be to go to McDonald's and refer them to the people in charge who actually have the evidence?

Of course you can't do this if you are too stupid to realize that multiple accounts aren't allowed.

I have an account on Gameknot, though I only finished two games there over a year ago. As a public service, I sent the following message to the Admins there:

It is well known that your username Cyrano is the same person who plays under the username IronMan31 at RedHotPawn. IronMan31 was banned from RHP recently for using an engine in his games. http://www.timeforchess.com/comhub/removedplayers.php

From what I have ascertained, his moves at RHP match up close to 100% with the Junior or DeepJunior engine. I think you would do well to review his games here using these engines and take appropriate actions.

Ironman31 is in 2nd place
Weyerstrass is 45th
SeaDevil is 70th
yozzer is 138th
wilfried is 151th
Archbold64, our archbold i am sure is 164..they come from the same location, i cannot be to sure on this one.
Mema ...[text shortened]... s there anyone else who is there, and maybe wants to send a game over sometime? Thanks

Dustin
I too recently started there (a friend of friend who didn't play chess introduced me to someone that plays there) I have to say it does have some attractions, although I do like it here too and play for a clan (so owe loyality to the rest of my team). I particularly like their game postponment facility for holiadys. I will give you a game there sometime if you like but I am swomped at the moment as I have just moved house and can't seem to find a free moment.
