Works in chess sometimes too. My friend and I were in the park playing blitz when it started pouring rain. We grabbed the clock and the corners of the vinyl board picked the whole thing up ruining the position and declared a draw. 🙂

While once playing blitz I was up one pawn and offered the guy at draw he didn't take it so I resigned and just moved on to the next blitz game.
