Lol I wonder how.if you go to the start he's an 1100 player for years. Then all of a sudden shot up to 2500

Extraordinary improvement. He was in my Group in the Championships last year, rated at 1600 at the time. A quick look at his early games well explain it all really. But he's simply taken advantage of the fact that the admin dont want to ban subscribers any more.
