Game 809486 ends in a back-rank mate where my opponent's King is mated behind my pawns. Made me think about games that have ended in bizarre / unusual positions. Which of your games fit the criteria?

I don't know if this classes as unusual but I wasn't expecting a win.
White gets off to a flying start and decimates my queen side. Although I am down materially, white makes the mistake of bringing the king forward too early and ends up surrounded with no less than five of my pieces, including my king, participating in the mate.

I think there's also something to be said for the role of the rook that never moved.

In a queen endgame that looks to be a draw I win by breaking the most important rule of queen endings: keeping your king safe.

This ending is unusual but maybe not in the way you may think.
