Not really. K+2N vs K is draw. But K+2N vs K+p wins in all cases where the pawn is not too far advanced, like here, or can be protected by the king. The idea is that the stalemate positions are avoided by forcing white to make a pawn move, and blocking the pawn in-between. It can take more than 50 moves in some positions, one of the situations for which an exception to the 50-move rule is made in most chess organizations (not sure about RHP software though).
