His results is getting worse - he drew with one 1800 rated player and lost to cludi - his rating is lower than mine now.

Maybe the allure of 1000 wins is causing him to move quicker and with less thought...

Its not the end of the world. Every player has his ups and downs so you should not unjustly criticise someone because of their results. Look at an interview Anand gave when he was going through some tough times http://www.rediff.com/sports/2004/jan/14inter.htm
