Do you think is the best piece in chess?

I would reccon the rook (castle) to be most successful piece on a chess board. What do you think?

I know i'm no big chess brain, but i would go with the humble pawn. For such a small piece, it can cause so much trouble.

This is your own opinion, the queen may be great and powerful, but only one will exist on the board 😉

I've never lost my king, unlike every other piece.

One move before, it's called checkmate, 'mate'.

The pawn since it has hopes and dreams and potential also.

What other piece has that? Plus it has many friends!

heh, true. But I find pawns are really good at defence, their attack is weaker but can be very handy! Reach the end of the board and get a promotion!

Pawns are the soul of chess.

They have very strong attack.

When you attack a piece with your pawn don't they move? Most of the time.

When a piece attack another piece does it move? Not always.

Pawns are powerful because they are worthless, irony. Since they are the lowest value when they attack if you don't move, you will lose your piece for a piece of lower value, the pawn.

Live in fear of the pawn!

Especailly the RED HOT PAWN. You don't want to get him mad. Think of a bull chasing you!
