Whats your rating on yahoo chess?

Mines about 1620

I've played 2/0 blitz there for about 8 years, and my rating has fluctuated between 1500 and 1800. Used to play every day, now only sporadically, every couple months or so.

Depends which account I use. Yahoo ratings are garabage. They are meaning less.

I can pick up all my points in beginner rooms and then go to advanced with an 1800 rating and people would think I'm an 1800 in advanced when really your 1800 in beginner.

And don't even get me started on the cheaters on there.

My yahoo rating has not stabilized because I've won every game there, not that I've played many. I briefly topped 1800 in blitz at playchess where the play is both fierce and honest.

Yahoo is as much a chess site as the mall is the house of God.

I had about 1650 in social after a few games, but that's with 3-5 mins game and I lost at least 30 seconds per game because of my bad connection >

and RHP rating is much better?!

maybe better than Yahoo chess, but not by much.

There is software that will play for you on yahoo. Its blatently advertised in the game rooms, by some guy spamming the chat room, and theres a website as well.
Given that, why would anyone play on yahoo?
It takes forever to get a game, and noone rated higher will play you, so you have to eek up with lower rated players.
I got to 1500+, and only play occasionly. I hear from people my level who get to 2000 on yahoo. Im still trying to get back to 2000 on ICC
