If you are making a payment over the internet just a little caution is all that is needed. Never ever give your credit card details to someone who e-mails you or from a link in an e-mail and always ensure you make payment on a secure web site. Secure sites are usually https [note the s] and have a padlock in (I think) the bottom right corner. Perhaps someone a little more knowledgable than me can confirm this.

A subscription allows you to play as many games as you want, join clans and enter tournaments. Also the annoying pop ups disappear.

Emilos .. I normally stay out of these topics but I'm gonna say a few things because I have no games waiting at the moment 😛.

1. He may be a jerk but a perfectly legal one.
2. I didn't know that a pawn on the end was a draw until about a month ago.. it's POSSIBLE he doesn't know.. try typing out the line that leads to the draw when you offer.
3. You may want to consider subscribing if you can... if you were a sub that game would be a non issue... though don't get me wrong, i understand that some people can't so don't worry about it too much.

Basically what I'm saying is this... it's chess on the internet .. you really have to build a bridge as annoying as it is 🙂.

Well since i got no games waiting either here is my answer...

1.I didn't say he is a jerk he is just doing his...thing... (?)
2.I wrote the exact moves that lead to the draw in case he didn't get the picture by my last moves.
3.I do consider subscribing (hope i don't get banned for commenting a game in progress)

Maybe this is a conspiracy by RHP for non-subscribers. 😀 Just kidding

Many activities can be involved in a game of chess - includng winning by pathetic time tactics ... booing from the sidelines is also a legitimate activity in entertainment ...

just to be clear what i mean i have copyed and pasted from wikipedia:
Booing is the act of showing displeasure for someone or something, generally an entertainer, by loudly yelling "Boo" (and holding the "oo" sound) or making other noises of disparagement, such as animal noises. The sounds of donkeys, snakes, and cats are quite popular. The sound is often accompanied by one or two hands giving the thumbs down sign. If spectators particularly dislike the performance they may also accompany booing by throwing objects onstage, though the objects may not be meant to physically hurt the performer.

You really think so? 🙂 It's a nice thing to hear from a player with your rating. It was very hard for me to go for the big win but to be honest it was pretty easy to draw....

Yah I think I might have been able to convert on a two pawn advantage but it was pretty tricky... surprised he made you play past like move 32 though.. NxP pretty much promised a draw.

Either way nice game, you held the tempo throughout and made black's life hard...

he chose a really wierd opening by the way.. thanks for punishing it, I personally have a hard time against wierd openings for some reason (cough cough I still want my revenge Korch 😉).

Anyhow... that was really uselessly long winded. Good game 🙂

EDIT - Can't let you completely off the hook, shame on me for commending without trashing 😉.

17. Nxe8! Why the heck didn't you play that? 😛. The game was over from there..

You are right about this move but as you said his openings were very weird and i have never played against that.I guess i got scared of his long diagonals and i wanted to get rid of those...It was my first priority
