When does the next Clan league start? Does all the league games start at once?

The clan league seasons for each time frame start sometime after the previous season has finished.
Not sure if all the games of the old season have to be completed but obviously the relegation/promotion issues have to be decided.
Notices always appear in the site announcements forum and to all clan leaders a few weeks before the season is about to start.
If you are asking about the number of league games you are given to play the answer is yes.
If your clan is in a division with 6 teams you will get 10 new games in your inbox as soon as the season starts.
