Where can I read the rules for playing on this site (I think I saw them when I signed up, but can't find them now). It's been suggested to me (by a member) that Chess programs are illegal but Chess Databases are not, that's surprises me. I figure anything but brain power, study, and hard work, is illegal. I'd like to see if for myself. Or maybe I don't understand how databases are different than programs. Please assist.

    thanks.
