I posted a game under the title "my first game" and now the whole post has disapeared. Anyone have any idea why?

If forum moderators are not thorough, the forums turn into garbage. If you want to post garbage, there are plenty of sites to do it.

I once had a post deleted because it contained f asterisk uck.

Well that was a mod for bad grammer as bowmann will tell us. The proper way to * is in place of the letter.
