Why happens this ?

2056- Tournament May 2007 Banded Duel I 1550-1750

It is my first Tournaments and watches all my teammates
for briefing .
I observed that Group 13 exist grades while the game is In progress
I do not know the rules
Something is wong ?

I'm not entirely sure what you're asking but one of the games in group 13 has actually finished, so 3 points have been awarded to the winner.
