I sometimes wonder why people who absolutely know the game is over continue to play the game. I mean, I can understand if their chess coach instructs them to play all their games to the very end for sake of study. However, sometimes I think this is far from the truth for most people. As an example, I would like people to present games to the general public that well exemplify my aggravation over prolonged lost games - especially when it would be nice to have the rating points. I'm sure we should get some humorous responses to this thread.
p.s. Oh, by the way moderator, the previous subject post on this thread has been removed, and was only on the net for about ten minutes or less. Didn't know you couldn't post unfinished games. So, there has been no harm done.
Originally posted by BowmannNever sought advice in the post, mate. Don't expect anyone to give me any advice. It would take a blind nannie to not win this game anyway. Oddly enough, I never use database or books either... not even analyze board. Now, I think that's pretty good. π
No seeking advice on a game in progress.
[i]p.a. Oh, and if the player in this game is reading this, I do not mean to flame you in any way. This is just a test of the emergency broadcasting system.[/b]Then why did you post? He is well within his rights to play the game out. If it's such a drag for you, checkmate him and get it over withπ΄π΄

I sent the moderator an alert myself asking him how to remove the post. Anyway, Smaug, you would be the one to jump on every small error I make online. You're so upset that I showed you to be an immature imbecile, and now you try to act all bad and cool when the time is right. You're a loser, pure and simple.
Explain please, what has the use of books and databases got to do with this stupid thread that you have created? Tangenting a little again are we?π
Originally posted by powershakerNo worries, I changed the subject of the thread and removed the game. No harm has been done.
