As a dedicated f4/f5 pusher (witness my fanatical play of the KG, latvian, bird, dutch, etc. etc.) I gotta say one thing to the general public... NEVER PUSH THE H PAWN TOO!!!! Well, mostly never. At least not unless you've already, for some strange reason, castled long. And I suppose the old KG line that goes e4 e5 f4 exf4 Nf3 g5 h4 Nf5 etc. (I forget the name: something beginning with a K and russian-sounding) -- but that's a special case, and at least it's h4 not h3.

How about two ongoing games? Both involving me offering knight sacrifices which were declined -- at least one of them in view of a forced mate, and the other in view of serious king hurtin' -- but both at the cost of a rook.

this was the first sacrifical game i played that paid off, the only problem is that after i won the queen, i lost my queen and my rook:'( i am so stupid.
but bfore the end game i think i played pretty well...

It's a pity that you missed 17.Rb1! (instead of 17.Nxb7) threatening 18.Qg4+ and black is defenceless. 17.Nxb7 also wins but is slower
Again, 19.Rb1! seems me stronger than 19.Re8.
