Is there a calculation I can do that will help me decide #if #i should go for the Draw or not ?

You shouldn't pay attention to how your rating will be affected. At this level of play ALWAYS play for the win. If you win great. If you lose, then you learn something. If you draw, then you lost nothing by going for the win.
