I've just been looking at the new stats and have mixed feelings about my ratio of wins by timeout. I have: Wins by timeout 142 (13.67😵.

So this could be saying that I've only won 86.33% of my wins. Sometimes I grab the win, sometimes I don't. I know that some players are really agressive at closing out games. I usually let the skull linger for a day or so.

I've scanned some players I follow in the top 20 and they are in the 10-15% range of wins by timeout.

Interested in how otherrs handle timeouts - claim the win when available or let the system claim it for you. Is it good/bad/indifferent to have a high win by timeout.

You were probably winning a fair percentage of those games anyway. I find that people are less likely to time out if they're in good positions!

My rating has been chopped to death by timeouts on a few occasions- but I knew the time allowed for every game I signed up for. So yes, although kind to do so, I see no obligation to not click skulls. No different from an otb game in that regard.
