Pual Dirac I think your worst move was Caslting too early in that game and dropping your center pawn. The second worse move was moving your rook away from protecting the fpawn, instead of developing a knight. Instead of castling,developing night would have been best also.

My worst one is still haunting me, seeing as the tourney is still in progress. It was a Long Haul tourney game, with a 21/21 timebank (meaning we had forever to make our moves), yet late one night I got over-anxious from boredom and made one of the worst moves I'll ever make. The game was completely won, was just going to take some more wittling down, and I blow it all in one move. 🙁 Trust me, I don't have to tell you what the move number is....
