@Very-Rusty saidNo worries, does it make sense to you now, it was a funny.
@mike69
Thank you for showing everyone your vocabulary, which hasn't improved any.

"texasnurse" is the player that I have had the most games. As of this moment, we have had "6135" games completed. She is number 2 overall right behind me! I have played her in over-the-board tournaments in Texas and she beats me!
@carjacker saidWell in the last three post there’s been three Texas players listed that can stomp you😂.
@ZorroTheFox
chess in Texas!
@greenpawn34
Yes, thank you for the memory lane sites! When I was just playing, "Aspasia" mentioned to me about the thread on the 1st Millionth move! Wow, I actually did not know at the time. I did my calculations and set out to overcome Marko Krale, a fine player at the time. Then, I preceded to figure out how many moves each day I had to do. Reading the thread at the time, excited me to be the first to reach the millionth move! Yes, I was working at the time and now I am retired. Notice that it too 9 years to make the 1st Millionth move! Making the 2nd and 3rd Millionth took about 10 years! Anyway, to honor "Aspasia" and "texasnurse" I wanted to include them on my last few moves before the 3rd Millionth move! Thank you "Geoff" in bringing us back to memory lane! All I can say: Play more chess!
What is equally amazing is that in almost 20 years Zorro has only lost 265 games by being timed out!
With all the games he plays I thought he must have his settings on "least time remaining".
However,he answers my moves quite quickly where there is a lot of time left for him to move.
How do you do it Zorro?
What are your priorities/procedures when you log on to play?
@venda saidDave, he is a beast at chess!!! he blitz plays me and beats me. I had a hard time carrying 600 games some years back to prove a point that one could control their ratings by the amount of games played.

I proved my point by reaching into the 1800's which everyone who has played me knows I am not near that rating strength. I have no idea how he does it, great time management and it helps now that he is retired, he has more time.

@venda
Glad you noticed the number of timeouts I have had! I do not like to lose a game in time. Yes, I have time priorities each time I go to the site. I use the following filters: 1) "Least Timeout Remaining" this filter allows me to play the time sensitive games so I do not lose on time; 2) "Least Time Remaining" filter is used to timeout any opponent who does not use his/her time wisely and allows me to play more games because of 1K limit now used upon us; 3) "Most Moves" filter is used to end the games as soon as possible because this filter allows me to play more games as soon as a game is ended; and 4) "Fewest Moves" filter is used to play the first 10 moves quickly because in the Opening, you as a player should know that you need to develop your pieces! This is the type of routine I use when I get onto the website 3 or 4 times daily including weekends and holidays! Now, since I have the 3 millionth move, I am tapering down my games. I shall continue playing but not as much! Hopefully, this routine helps you! Play more chess!
@ZorroTheFox saidInteresting and thank you.

I think others will be interested in your procedures also

Plus, I did keep an inventory of 1k games going at one time, but not now. When I was going for my 1st Millionth move, I was playing about 1,300 games at once - spreading the games to 1-Day, 3-Days, etc tournaments because serious players play tournaments. The tournament players complete their respective games. Newcomers do not always complete their games. Now, RedHotPawn restricts all players to 1k number of games 😩! This policy, I believe, restricted my competition! 😂 Fortunately, now, I am winding down on my games but accept challenges.
@ZorroTheFox saidBut I suspect was beneficial sir to your cognitive wellbeing.

@ZorroTheFox
I meant Nonsubscribers not newcomers. As long as you play in tournaments, most likely the player will complete his/her game!
